SNOW REPORT

Before you come enjoy the unbelievable lake and park views on the miles of Door County snowmobile and snowshoe trails, be sure to check the winter snow report. With conditions changing daily, it’s important to know what to expect so you can pack well, travel well and live life .

Cross Country Skiing.

(Last updated 2/19/18)

Ski conditions are generally good. Warm temperatures on Feb. 15 may have caused trail conditions to degrade.
Peninsula State Park: Groomed, good to fair condition.
Whitefish Dunes State Park: Groomed, good condition.
Newport State Park: Groomed, good condition.
Potawatomi State Park: Groomed, poor to fair condition.
Crossroads at Big Creek: Poor condition. Not being maintained due to lack of snow.

The north section of the trails is open. All other sections remain closed.
Northern Zone (trail map) Open. Condition listed as poor.
Central Zone (trail map) Closed.
Southeast Zone (trail map) Closed.
Southwest Zone (trail map) Closed.
