Snowshoeing is the perfect way to explore the great outdoors of Door County in the wintertime, when you’re more likely than not to find snow on the ground (and just about everywhere else). All you need are some solid snow boots, and local equipment lenders can provide the rest, including snowshoes, poles, and outdoor gear. Plus, no experience or specialized techniques are needed. If you are comfortable walk or hike, you can snowshoe.
