Mitchell Shiner is a Milwaukee-based vibraphonist, drummer, composer, and educator. He studied at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music with renowned educators Steve Houghton, Michael Spiro, Wayne Wallace, and Brent Wallarab. Currently, Shiner is pursuing a Master’s in Music Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His Latin Vibes quartet includes Garrett Waite on guitar, Cuban percussionist Yorvanis Duran and Nick Moran on bass, celebrated for his versatility across Jazz, Afro-Latin, and Funk.
