We are proud supplier of our signature boneless whitefish fillets, fish chunks and whole fish to more than 30 of your favorite local restaurants and smokehouses. In our 36th year, last year we took our multi-generational experience to the public full-on with a new endeavor, Henriksen's Fish House, just North of Gus Klenke's Garage in Ellison Bay. Building on our Farmer's Market offerings, The Fish House features our famous fresh boneless whitefish fillets, our small batch, made in-house whitefish spread, (choice of cream and goat cheese), and our ever-so popular homemade whitefish cakes. In addition to our whitefish delicacies, our storefront is also the proud home and premiere outlet of Gemma Lou’s Door County Furbaby treats and other local artisans.
