June: $550. per night, 2 night minimum
July: $4000. per week, one week minimum
May/Sept/Oct: $500. per night, 2 night minimum
Nov-Apr: $450. per night, 2 night minimum
+ 5.5% room tax and 5.5% state sales tax
+ cleaning and linen fee: $225.
Week starts 3PM Saturday, through 11AM the next Saturday. Refundable security deposit $500.
