This lovely Door County cabin is a beautiful log home located in the town of Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. It sits on 3-1/2 wooded acres in a wonderfully secluded, but not remote setting. An abundance of windows and a kitchen sky light make this a bright log cabin while capturing great views of the surrounding trees. There is a propane fire stove in the living room to add the cozy feel. And the large firepit in the lawn area affords lovely evening gatherings. The cabin has central heating and air conditioning to make things extra cozy and comfortable. A huge screened in front porch with extra dining area and comfy seating makes this the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or any meal at all! You are literally surrounded by woods and wildlife. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds. One bedroom has sliding glass door to a private screened in porch and the second has a sliding door out to the wrap around deck. Full bath with walk in shower.

There’s plenty of room to spread out on the entirely screened 12’ x 24’ front porch that includes seating and a second dining table and chairs. Enjoy the luxury of putting together a jigsaw puzzle or playing a game of Scrabble. Time and quiet are what you have here. In the evening, cook your dinner on our gas grill and enjoy roasting marshmallows at the generous fire pit. 


The living room features a free standing propane fireplace for cozy evenings and DirecTV.  Plus complimentary wifi will keep you connected -- if you decide to check in!  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook at home - including stove, full sized refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, basic condiments and all the cooking and serving dishware you will need. There is an ironing board and iron for your use.

One queen sized bedroom features a sliding glass door to its own screened porch with comfy chairs for enjoying that morning cup of coffee, while the second queen sized bedroom offers sliding glass doors that open to the roomy, wraparound deck with seating. Both bedrooms face the surrounding nature and woods. Excellent quality sheets and bedding are provided and all towels, hairdryer, etc. are also included, along with toiletries. 

This cabin is located directly on the ATV/Snowmobile trail.

You’re only one mile from downtown Baileys Harbor where you have access to shopping, coffee shops, Door County Brewing, restaurants and the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Harbor Fish Market & Grille is located right on the water downtown Baileys Harbor and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week May-October, with weekend hours April, November and December. Check the website for open hours, reservations and information re: the hugely popular New England Lobster Boil. (www.harborfishmarket-grille.com)  Baileys Harbor marina is the perfect spot to charter a fishing boat. The Ridges Sanctuary has wonderful trails and nature programs to explore. The beaches in Baileys Harbor provide wonderful swimming. Baileys Harbor is on the "quiet side" of the peninsula but only ten minutes from the towns of Egg Harbor, Sister Bay and Fish Creek.
