The Garden Door opened in 2005 at the University Peninsular Agricultural Research Station. The garden is designed and maintained by members of the Door County Master Gardeners Association. It has fairie garden, double kaleidoscope, pond, pollinator garden, memorial tunnel, ornamental grass area with bottle tree, rose garden, shade garden succulent garden, a gazebo and pergola to offer shaded areas to sit, relax and enjoy a picnic. Paved paths throughout the gardens.
