She specializes in unusual flavor combinations using local, organic and all natural ingredients. All of her creations are either vegetarian or vegan and she also offers gluten free specialties. Elizabeth uses sustainable and eco friendly methods in her business including eco friendly packaging, composting and recycling. Elizabeth’s original cookie, the Rosemary Brown Butter Sandwich cookie with Rosemary Caramel center and Sea Salted Edges is one of her many sweet/savory offerings.
