Ingredients

  • 8oz. rapid whey
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender to the smoothness of your liking. Add ice or frozen berries if desired.
