Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet yeast
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/8 cup Fat Louie's olive oil (a regional or savory infused oil such as Tuscan or Garlic may be substituted)
- Tomato sauce (season with salt, Italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar to taste)
- 5-cheese blend (Romano, Mozzarella, Provolone, Asiago, and Parmesan)
- Sausage
- Pepperoni
- Red onion, chopped
- Bell pepper, chopped
- Mushrooms, chopped
- Spanish olives, chopped
Instructions
- Mix together flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water and olive oil. Knead well. Let rise 30–60 minutes, then roll out and place onto a pizza pan.
- Spread your desired amount of seasoned tomato sauce onto the dough. Add a light layer of cheese over the sauce then layer the desired amount of pepperoni, sausage, red onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and olives on top. Add a final layer of cheese over the veggies and bake at 415° F for approximately 20 minutes.
- Let cool for 3–4 minutes after removing from the oven.
