Making the Most of Partnership

  • Follow Destination Door County on social media. Aside from our visitor information pages, we have member channels for organizational news, updates, & resources: 
  • Get the word out! Share your news, press releases, and business updates with DDC at info@doorcounty.com. Let us know about changes in hours, new menu items, last-minute vacancies, specials, or upcoming projects so we can spread the word.

  • Access Destination Door County’s partner website for partner resources & toolkits, recent press releases, marketing materials, industry data & survey results and upcoming events at DoorCounty.com/Partnership.

  • Keep your directory listing on DoorCounty.com fresh! Send us seasonal photos, updated descriptive text, or a new menu whenever you’d like to keep your listing polished and up to date. Contact Cathy Lynch at cathy@doorcounty.com with any changes.

  • Add your upcoming events to the online events calendar by using the events submission form at www.doorcounty.com/events/submit-your-event

  • Be on the lookout for periodic emails from Destination Door County, including our monthly partner newsletter, to stay in the loop with organizational news, member events, updates on our ongoing initiatives & resources.

  • Events & community engagement: Attend our National Travel & Tourism Week Breakfast (May) or Annual Dinner (late fall). Host a networking mixer or open house for fellow partners. Stop by the Destination Door County tent at community events to say hello and grab some cool Door County swag!

  • Create an employer account and easily post your open positions on JobsInDoorCounty.com.

  • Show off that you are a proud partner of Destination Door County. Use the Destination Door County partner logo in your marketing materials and display your partner decal at your business!

  • Accept Door County Gift Certificates! Make it easy for folks to spend money at your business and keep dollars in Door County. Treat them like cash and send them in for a full reimbursement.

  • If you have a brochure, menu, or rack card, make sure you drop off a stack at our welcome center to keep in the lobby. Our welcome center, located at 1015 Green Bay Rd in Sturgeon Bay, greets tens of thousands of in-person visitors each year and serves as a one stop shop for information for many!
