Join us for a knitting workshop with Tanzy of Door County Alpaca Ranch! Saturday, April 27, 2024 9:15am During this workshop, well be making a cowl. A cowl - also know as a neck warmer, neck gaiter, buff scarf, or snood scarf - is a simple but practical accessory that can be used 6 month of the year or more. A cowl can be knitted using circular needles to avoid a seam or straight needles with one simple seam in the back. A simple cowl is an excellent starting project for a novice knitter. If you can cast on, knit, and purl, then you are ready for this class! Pre-requisite: Must have a prior base knowledge of knitting (knit stitch, purl stitch, cast on). Previous experience with circular needles recommended. Includes: 90-minute workshop with instruction by Tanzy of Door County Alpaca Ranch Pattern Yarn Needles 1 Glass of wine (or other beverage of your choice) Reservations required.
