The Sturgeon Bay Program Center, located just off of the highway in Sturgeon Bay, offers a full line-up of classes, an outstanding aquatic center with 8-lane lap pool, a newly added Dry Sauna, warm water recreational pool with 90' slide and other accessories, a complete exercise center with aerobic equipment and fixed weight equipment, free weight equipment, 2 gymnasiums, suspended walking track and a fun family center. We offer drop-in child care services for parents who are working out.Hours/Availability
