In our retail store, explore our cheese, homemade sausage, specialty foods, and local gourmet goods from throughout Door County. The Melt Bistro serves homestyle comfort foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, made fresh to order with an assortment of our delicious award-winning artisan cheeses. We offer an indoor dining room, outdoor patio, and pet-friendly picnic tables. Open year round, 7 days a week. Free cheese, wine, and fudge samples. Fresh cheese curds daily.
