She specializes in unusual flavor combinations using local, organic and all natural ingredients. All of her creations are either vegetarian or vegan and she also offers gluten free specialties. Elizabeth uses sustainable and eco friendly methods in her business including eco friendly packaging, composting and recycling. Elizabeth's other long time passion and career spanning over 30 years is photography. She focuses more recently on Door County Landscape Vignettes which are offered through galleries such as Northern Arts Collective in Ellison Bay and local pop up events but still loves working with people, capturing children and families in a fun and relaxed style.
