Summary

Inspired Employment LLC was established to provide a community-based learning approach to individuals with cognitive, mental, developmental, and physical disabilities residing in Door County. Our community-integrated approach is centered on helping clients feel confident and secure interacting with others within the community all while getting out to enjoy what beautiful Door County and surrounding areas have to offer! We also focus on teaching and reinforcing everyday skills that are necessary for daily life but can prove difficult to navigate or understand for a differently abled person. Inspired Employment’s “person-centered” approach has various programs to help clients excel in their lives whether it is in a community-based setting or at home with their families and caretakers.
