Summary

Cozy and comfortable cottage located on 5 acres 1.8 miles from downtown Sister Bay. Truly, the pictures just don't do this spot justice. This great cottage features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, terrific modern kitchen with basically every appliance you could need, front loading washer and dryer, wrap around deck with gas grill with seating for relaxing and entertaining plus another deck off master bedroom with patio furniture. It is tastefully decorated and furnished and supplied with everything from dishware to cookware to linens and towels to much, much more. The huge fire pit and seating provides a lovely spot to enjoy any mild evening. We are not able to supply firewood but it is easily purchased in area. Cottage is located on a quiet street just off Highway 57 with lots of privacy and trees around the property. Central heating & air conditioning. Attached garage with remote. We use Mosquito Squad to provide animal/people friendly treatment of mosquitos/ticks.

Rates: $295 per nite peak season, 3 nite min; $195 per nite off season, 2 nite min.

First floor consists of great room with dining area with seating for six, lovely kitchen and cozy living room with vaulted ceiling. There is also a first floor laundry area with storage, master bedroom with queen sized bed, roomy storage and full bathroom.  Stairs lead to the loft media area with leather sofas and large screen TV, second bedroom with queen sized bed and second full bathroom.  There are also TV’s in each bedroom.  Cottage has central heating and air conditioning – so it is the perfect spot in any weather. Wifi/internet are provided in case you time to settle in for a bit -- and devices available for streaming TV!
