You can watch cheese being made as well as tour the cheese aging caves(call ahead for availability). The Cave Market is the specialty food store located within Door Artisan Cheese that features select artisan cheeses from around the world including over 20 cheeses made on site, charcuterie, local and imported wines, craft beers, cheese wares and much more.
