Rock Island State Park
Trails

If you’ve never visited Rock Island State Park you are definitely missing out! Not only is it the most fun to get to (you have to take 2 ferries) but it’s also one of the best places to disconnect and enjoy a more rustic side of Door County. The park is only open to foot travel, so pack your hiking boots and get ready for a scenic trek around this 912 acre island. You can even hike to see (and tour) the oldest lighthouse in Wisconsin!

Check out some photos of Rock Island State Park below, and don’t forget to visit the online interactive map to take a peek at all the trails ahead of time.
