Tis the season for celebrations. See some of the holiday festivities and light displays this November and December in Door County.
Kickoff the holiday season with the tree lighting ceremony near the clock tower on historic Third Ave. Friday evening. Take in the Holiday Parade Saturday at 10 am followed by a meet and greet with Santa at the Door County Historical Museum.
Nov. 25 - 26
The village lights up for the holidays with special decorations, caroling, Santa Claus, refreshments, extended shopping hours, art fair and cookie decorating for kids.
An exciting old-fashioned winter weekend includes breakfast with Santa, an elf hunt for children, Mistle Dough shopping contest, tree lighting, caroling, horse-drawn wagon rides and more.
Saturday, December 3
Activities start at 11:30 am throughout the village of Ephraim. Join the holiday fun with children’s holiday stories at the Ephraim Library, cookie decorating and heritage games at village hall, a visit with Santa, horse-drawn wagon rides, a meet and greet with sled dogs and the 17th annual holiday tree lighting ceremony at 4:30pm.
Saturday December 3, 1-6pm
Activities throughout town. Meet Santa, enjoy arts & crafts, listen to live music. Enjoy food and drinks and an evening tree lighting ceremony.
Sunday, December 3, 5pm
Join in the spirit of the season and gather around the tree for the lighting, to sing carols, and enjoy a warm bowl of chili. Sponsored by the Ellison Bay Service Club.
Saturday, December 10, 5pm
Sing in the holiday spirit, pick up last minute gifts, share time with friends & community. Cookies & hot cider.
