Door County Marina Hopping

Published

Door County has more than a dozen marinas with wonderful facilities, from public boat launches to sailing tours to boat rentals for enjoying some of the best fishing in Wisconsin.

Location and service set Door County marinas apart from other Great Lakes boating destinations. Nearly every community in the county offers a marina where you can take a short walk from the dock to wonderful restaurants, taverns and shopping. You’ll find plentiful amenities at most marinas as well as convenience stores and delis nearby to stock up on supplies or pack sandwiches for a day on the water.

And once you pull away from the dock, you’ll be treated to awe-inspiring views of the bluffs of the Niagara Escarpment that line the shores of Door County. Explore the islands in the bay and lake, or hug the shore and check out spectacular waterfront homes.
