Will Spring arrive early? Celebrate Punxsutawney Phil’s decision in Ellison Bay with a parade.
Clark Park, Fish Creek
Brave the cold of February for family fun, wacky winter-themed carnival games for all ages (including, but not limited to, minnow racing and a bike toss), ice sculptures, live music, raffles, a chili cook-off, the Fruit Loop Fun Run and more. There are also plenty of places to buy warm food and beverages.
Throughout Washington Island
Take part in a week long celebration of ice and snow with food, fun, adventure and entertainment. Sample chili entries for $5 at the annual Chili Cook Off, enter a photo contest, or register with the Lions Club to participate in the Fishing Derby and more! Don’t forget the local food specials, bake sales, live music, Island Players performances, and a “surprize” event!

Witness novice, intermediate, advanced and professional carvers transform blocks of snow and ice into works of art. On Saturday evening, the Fire & Ice Dinner, Dance and Auction at Stone Harbor Resort is rocking with a great crowd and live music.
Downtown Sturgeon Bay
Celebrate your Irish spirit in Sturgeon Bay! Put on your greenest gear and head downtown for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Throughout Door & Kewaunee Counties
Entries can fish by trolling, casting off docks or outcroppings, or wading up inland streams. Prizes are awarded to the Top 40 fish with payouts totaling over $7000!
