COMMUNITY & REVIEW MANAGEMENT
The Community and Review Management session took participants through best practices for the nurturing and management of online communities, including how to encourage interaction, build brand evangelists and take advantage of user-generated content. It also highlighted techniques for handling negative comments online and diffusing potentially damaging situations before they get out of control.

MAKE YOUR WEBSITE WORK HARDER WITH AD WORDS  
You have set up your AdWords campaign – now what? This session expanded on the basics to show you how to best use the tools, reports and features within AdWords to put power behind your campaigns. We dug into reporting, campaign expansion tools, and paid search optimization techniques as well as location targeting tips. 

EXPEDIA: Regional Trends and Consumer Habits 

BRANDING: HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE YOUR BRAND: BREAKTHROUGH CREATIVE
Participants learned maintain their brand while standing out!

INSTAGRAM: Hop On/ Hop Off Tour - Participants brought their smartphones as they were taken on a tour of Sturgeon Bay (led by Myles Dannhausen) who taught the in's and outs of taking shareable images as well as the benefits of using Instagram for your business.  

GENERAL SESSION: TURNING RESEARCH INTO RESULTS
Research, wow to get it and what to do with it once you’ve got it! You’ve asked the right questions, observed your visitor’s activities and monitored customer conversations. Now what? Attendees learned how to turn consumer information into insights that can be used to strengthen their brand, refine their messaging and improve their marketing tactics so you can attract more customers and ultimately grow your business. 

EVERY MOMENT COUNTS
Mobile has changed the way people live and what they expect from brands and businesses. For the travel/tourism industry, the consumer journey is broken into hundreds of real-time micro-moments. In this session, participants learned about opportunities that affect consumer decisions in the moment.
