The menu, designed by Whistling Swan Executive Chef Dustin Keranen, explores contemporary American cuisine. His journey to create bold flavors traverses a diverse selection of locally foraged produce, wild game, local freshwater fish and saltwater fish flown in from distant waters. Our wine list also boasts an impressive selection of wines from across the world. All wines are chosen for their distinctiveness and compatibility with our menu.
