More Information

Sister Bay is a premier destination, with breathtaking views, great restaurants and shops, and the largest expanse of public waterfront in the area. We were the proud recipient of "The Best Wisconsin Town For Dining" award in the Wonders of Wisconsin - Best Towns of Wisconsin Competition. The Sister Bay Marina, which truly is a destination marina, was also named "Best Marina In Door County" by Door County Magazine. Come see for yourself why both of those awards are truly deserved.

The Marina boasts one hundred seasonal slips, forty transient slips and ten commercial slips. Boats up to 80 feet long and 7-foot drafts can be accommodated, and the slips are equipped with 30 and 50 amp service. Complete information regarding the Marina can be accessed at www.sisterbaymarina.com.

All of our parks and the beach are easily accessible and open to the public free of charge. You can swim, take a leisurely stroll and/or simply relax on a park bench. If you’ve got kids, there’s a playground in Waterfront Park, and quite often there are lively pick-up games of volleyball and wiffleball going on in that park. No matter what you do here the views are spectacular, so be sure to bring your camera. Also, are you looking for the perfect location for a wedding or special event? We’ve got great news - it’s possible to rent Waterfront Park and Marina Park as well as the Sports Complex Pavilion for such events.

Speaking of the Sports Complex, it’s a modern, year-round sports enthusiast’s dream, which is equipped with baseball and softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, full-size and micro soccer fields, a small skate park, and an ice skating rink which is open during the winter months as weather permits. The Village partners with the Door County YMCA on sports and fitness programming, so especially during the summer months there’s plenty for kids and adults to do here. Day camps are also available.

You certainly could "shop till you drop" in Sister Bay. The product offerings include Door County souvenirs, seasonal and holiday gifts, groceries, casual and designer clothing, jewelry, antiques, artwork, home interior decorations and furnishings, fine imports, hardware and more. We also have gas stations, automobile repair shops, full service medical facilities and banks, and offer a number of different lodging and dining options.

Do you plan to bring Rover to Door County? No worries - he can have fun in Sister Bay too. There’s a completely fenced-in dog park on Autumn Court, adjacent to the Sports Complex. It’s a very popular spot.

What trip to Door County would be complete without taking in a free concert in the park or a festival? Concerts are conducted every Wednesday throughout the summer. There are also five annual festivals conducted in Sister Bay - Jumpin’ June, the Festival of Fine Arts the second Saturday in August, Marina Fest on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend, Fall Fest in mid-October, and "Capture the Spirit" on Thanksgiving weekend. Fall Fest is the "granddaddy" of all Door County festivals and is awesome!

We hope to see you and yours soon!
