We Welcome ALL

Summary

We Welcome ALL is a social justice initiative that fosters a welcoming community for all people who live, work, and visit in Door County. Business participants affirm that every person has worth as an individual and is entitled to dignity and respect. Businesses that participate in We Welcome ALL (WWA) receive a window cling to display in a front window or door. The WWA brochure includes basic views and ideas for welcoming to share with employees. The visible window cling provides a message to potential customers that they are safe and welcomed before they enter a business.
