We are a family owned and operated business and a proud supplier of our signature boneless whitefish fillets, fish chunks and whole fish to more than 30 of your favorite local restaurants and smokehouses. In our 37th year, last year we nestled into our home on the corner of Old Stage Road and Hwy 42 in Ellison Bay. A beautiful space which houses our processing plant, storage and our newly expanded retail space. Henriksen's Fish House features our famous fresh, boneless whitefish fillets, smoked salmon and whitefish, a variety of frozen seafood options, our small batch, made in-house whitefish spread, (choice of cream and goat cheese), and our ever-so popular homemade whitefish cakes, chowder & soup, spices and more. In addition to our whitefish delicacies, our storefront is also the proud home and premiere outlet of Gemma Lou’s Door County Furbaby treats and other local artisans.
