When To Apply
Application must be made at least 5 Full days prior to the ceremony. License is valid for 30 days from issuance date (5 day waiting period may be waived for an extra fee)
 
Fees
Marriage license fee is $75. There is an additional $25 fee to waive the waiting period.
 
Requirements
· Both applicants must apply in person
· Must be 18 years of age or older. Age 16–18 years, a license will be issued only with written consent of parents, guardian or custodian.
· Must present a certified copy of their birth certificate.
· If previously married, divorce must be final a minimum of 6 months with documentation.
· Name of officiant, date, and location of ceremony.
· Social Security number.
· Proof of identification and residence.
