ADDITIONAL INFO

The cottage is townhouse-style and equally divided with 2 bedroom units on each side.  There is an additional bedroom that adjoins the units upstairs in the middle for a total of 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 comfortably in beds. All bedrooms feautre new Verlo Queen mattresses.  Three of the bedrooms have water views.  Each unit has air conditioning and its own full kitchen, full bath, living and dining areas.  Living rooms also have sofa beds.  Flexible 2, 3 4 or 5 bedroom rental options to better suit your needs.

Our beach is mostly smooth rocks and the water is about three to four feet deep about 50 feet offshore. Each unit has a fire pit on the beach for bonfires as well as gas and charcoal grills, picnic tables and adirondack chairs.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and small fee. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. 50% deposit within 7 days of booking and balance due 30 days prior.

Our waterfront cottage is nestled on a large secluded wooded lot, offering privacy and easy access to downtown Sturgeon Bay, downtown Egg Harbor and the rest of the Peninsula.
