Relax into the quiet intimacy of an award winning early 1900 restored Dutch farmhouse located in a pastoral setting in the central part of the Door County Peninsula. The Inn at Windmill Farm is in a quiet area close to all that Door County has to offer. The inn is situated on ten acres with the original well house, windmill and barns. Orchard, gardens and long country views are part of the environment at Windmill Farm.
2013 Rates: $125-$139 daily.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, one with attached bath. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the common room or get lost with a good book in the library. Your visit includes a full breakfast served in the dining room, kitchen or on the front porch. The Inn at Windmill Farm wants to provide you with a step back to a gentler time. The rooms are air conditioned and a guest telephone is available in the library. Our goal is to make your stay one of your best experiences ever.
Rates: $110-$125 nightly plus taxes, double occupancy; please no pets; smoke free; adults only. Two night minimum on weekends; 50% or one night's deposit before arrival; Visa, Mastercard, cash or traveler's checks. Refunds made after $20 cancellation fee if notified 14 days before arrival; after that refund based on ability to rebook the room. Check in: 4-6pm, check out: 11am. In addition, Windmill Farm has Ed’s personal art gallery featuring his award winning watercolors, pastels and oils plus Frank’s antique and gift shop both housed in the turn of the century barn. Painting classes are offered in Ed’s studio weekly during the season with three day workshops in the spring and the fall.

Driving north from Sturgeon Bay, follow Highway 57 to Jacksonport. Turn left on County V and continue 1/2 mile. Turn right on County A and drive 3 1/2 miles to Fairview Rd. Turn left on Fairview Rd. and continue 1 1/2 miles to Windmill Farm, located on the left at 3829 Fairview Rd. Or, follow Highway 42 north for 11 miles to Hillside Dr. (across from the large Landmark sign) and turn right. Continue on Hillside Dr. (crossing Division and Hwy T) for 2.7 miles to Memorial Dr. Turn right and drive 1/2 Mile to Fairview Rd. Turn right and continue 1/2 mile to Windmill Farm located on the right at 3829 Fairview Rd.
