A $600 security deposit must be received to guarantee your requested time period of stay. This security deposit will not be applied toward rent and will be refunded (less cleaning fee and damages, if any) at the termination of your stay.
The weekly and monthly rate is subject to a $125 per week cleaning fee. The cleaning fee for a stay of less than a week is $150.
